"Shuo Yuan",saw the earliest recorded in the " Hanshu.Yiwenzhi ",the late Western Han Dynasty,were well-known bibliography of Jurists,writers,historians compiled a miscellaneous Liu Xiang to discuss the stories of historical figures."Shuo Yuan",the contents of it were relatively easy to understand,since its inception,far less than the degree of importance attached by then historical records book,Notes From a handful,and their specialized research was also carried out long overdue.Has always been about "Shuo Yuan",the study focused on aspects of literature and thought,and its achievements in literature were not given enough attention to this shortcoming,especially the ancient scholars,but modern scholars in the long-term exploration are conscious slowly of the literary value of "Shuo Yuan",such as Zhao Shanyi at "Shuo Yuan Shu Zheng·Preface" states:"there are many vivid and meaningful stories,such as,Shi Jing hits Wei Wen Hou by qin(chapter jun dao),Shi Kuang questions Jin Ping Gong about the knowledge(chapter jian ben),Confucius receives the fish that some fisherman presentes him (chapter gui de),and so on,there are considerable literature suggests that are the prelude to the Wei-Jin novel."Qu Shouyuan in "Shuo Yuan Jiao Zheng·preface" orderes that:" Writing from its form,rather narrative,many body for dialogue,and even Some plot for fiction,you can consider some of them belong to the ancient works of short stories."and so on.In view of this situation,I want to study the literary value of "Shuo Yuan" in-depth analysis from the way of its material processing through literature research and comparative study of law,upholding the Marxist historical materialism.I look forward to making contribution to the research of"Shuo Yuan".In addition to the introduction,the thesis is divided into four parts:Introduction:First of all,I want to simply introduce the basic questions of "Shuo Yuan", such as the book's finish time,the compilation and its simple style,and then,comb the research situations in recent years about "Shuo Yuan" in detail,finally,describe the study characteristics in this article.PartⅠ:the material source of "Shuo Yuan" and its processing methods.Through investigating the text and referring to related books record point out:the Materials in the "Shuo Yuan" come from many previous jingzhuan shizhuan and zhuzi works;then,sum up with the three main material processing methods used in"Shuo Yuan" intensively.PartⅡ:"Shuo Yuan" in shaping the characters and their modus operandi.First of all, analyse the characters' position and role in the "Shuo Yuan",then classify these characters and expatiate these characters' characteristics detailedly,finally,using the comparison research method,carry out a detailed analysis to the major art way of "Shuo Yuan" in shaping the image.PartⅢ:the literary and artistic characteristics of "Shuo Yuan".The main body of "Shuo Yuan" is the story,in this part,I want to start on this story reasoning form and its cultural roots; and then,explore stories themselves characteristics in planning the use of context and narrative techniques in depth.PartⅣ:"Shuo Yuan" the reasons for the formation of literary value.Return to the theme of this article primarily and analyse rationally the reasons for the formation of literary value of "Shuo Yuan".
