To enter the 21st century, with the improvement of the people's life, the audience's require to civilization and art is simultaneously increased, which greatly improve the development of the stage mechanism technology. Today, with rapid development of living in all aspects, the science and technology as the First Cause demonstrated in all fields fully, particularly in the stage mechanism technology field. The civilization and art is based on the science, so we should continuously draw on the advanced technology to boost the development of the stage art and to apply to the development of the stage application, which meet the audience's requests to stage art. The new-style stage control system is needed more dependable and handily operational.The foreign stage control system has the excellent performance but high price. With the need from the fast development of the native stage technology this project is brought forward to achieve the integrate product which can meet the need of the modern stage art.This system is composed of primary control panel, move control panel and input/output control panel. The primary control panel fulfills the data and the order collection and process and controls stage furniture directly. Move control panel controls stage furniture at the appropriate time. Input/output control panel controls stage mechanism directly, at the same time receives and sends information from motors. This system master control kernel is base on the ARM9 processor S3C2440, SAMSUNG, and FPGA processor EP1C6, ALTERA. The software platform is an open source RTOS Linux and FPGA technology. In the dissertation, the demand of the control system is analyzed according to the customized function. The scheme planning is described detailed.This thesis is divided into six parts. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic situation of stage mechanism industry. Secondly, the paper shows the structure and the function of this system. Thirdly, the paper illuminates the structure of system hardware detailedly. Fourthly, the way of programming to every part of software is detailedly discussed.
