My research achievement is my understanding of arts which is from the impressions that I've got during my three-year-study of Master's Degree and the introspection of my former study experiences. Every step of studying content and studying purpose were different from normal painting training to the professional study and research of sculpture, and of course, the gain and the problem I faced were different as well.Learning the basic skills of painting and sculpting took most of my time in school. Skill training is the beginning of artistic practice. The studying content was to express both exterior appearance and interior signification. And the purpose is to bring up basic artistic skills: the ability to feel and the ability to express. Skills and art are interconnected. The ability to feel about art improves during basic skills training, so the skills can reach another level. And also, the feeling is truly from the features of different objects, not fabricated. The feeling is various, not simplified.Artistic creation is from the ability to feel which is gained in class training. It is the beauty of life which is discovered, captured and sublimed by talented artist. Artists' motives of art creation are artless, and they are from the bottom of their hearts and sincere emotion.A beautiful work is the best expression of combination of wisdom and sincerity. In order to understand art, artists have to go through a certain process in practicing, accumulating wisdom from looking for the truth in persistent practicing. Only artists' pure artistic hearts can be moved by every little thing in the world. And only artist' pure artistic hearts can express their emotion from the bottom of their hearts. The art work which combines artists' wisdom and sincerity is an everlasting classic which moves all the people.
