Yun Shou-ping , who was highly evaluated in the history, had written collections of Ou Xiang Guan, the Postscript of Nan Tian painting, the painting theory and skill stated in which was extremely insentive.Ye zhong jin, lived in the Qing Dynasty, said that "Yun Shou-ping has studied all kinds of famous artist since the Tang Dynasty and stated them carefully." He commented on the paintings with the nature and unrestraint as the highest ideal state, with the simplicity as the high value; and what's more, he also raised the viewpoint of "personification", which had significant influence. No wonder Qin Zu-yong, lived in the Qing Dynasty, commented on that "Yun Shou-ping's the Postscript of Nantian painting has been popular and expressed home and abroad for a long time." Yun Shou-ping's artistic achievement and painting idea occupied an important position and exerted a great influence in the history of Chinese Art and Aesthetics.
