After the victory of Anti-Japanese war, Nationalist Government constituted the basic policies aiming at Korean peninsula, and considered repatriation of Korean in china in the context of national diplomatic strategy, and followed the policies. However, recently the important topic became the new focus since the Korea scholars paid more attention to it. But it remains a blank to Chinese and Korean academic circle when it comes to repatriation of Korean in China. The related study focused on Tianjin and Shanghai are not so in-depth with regards to the overall policies and problems in the repatriation process.Considering these conditions above, this paper made the most of original archives discovered in Wuhan, and by researching the Korean ever in this area which holds the most important geographical and political preponderance as the hinterland of China, deeply anatomized the forming and development of Nationalist Government's policies with regards to centralization and repatriation, also the real enforcement of these policies. According the original literatures and data from the cartulary of Hankou, this paper also had a restricted view the entirely process which included the centralizing firstly the Korean from different provinces of China, then centralizing them to appointed cities and at last repatriating them by means of both case study and generalization. Meanwhile, given the civil situation the Nationalist Government confronting ,and words and deeds of Korean delegation to China, this study made a thoroughly analysis of how these policies was carried out at local level in order to illustrate the turbulence the Korean Chinese met with represents the overall situation then in china. So as to make a causal link between the repatriated Korean Chinese's lost faith in the Government and the total failure of National Government's Korean peninsula policies.
