Gustave Flaubert is a 19th-century French realism novelist. In high school,he loves romantic, and began literature writing. Then change to realism, and get a great success. His famous novel "Madam Bovary" got a great impression in France. His works show a mature writing style, and has become a model for modern fiction.Flaubert had a very far-reaching influence at later literature. The most important thing in his works is his creative exploration of the art of fiction: not only developed realistic, and also became the turning point in modern fiction. His novels'cool and objective style in romanticism is a complete victory, and it's an opportunity of emergence of naturalism. In the novel, his creative use of the free Indirect Speech is making narrative theme fuzzy uncertainty. And the use of the Montage interrupted narrative skills described the unfamiliar effects. In the description of the characters he figures on the psychological excavation truth. In the works, he also has symbols of creative use of metaphor imagery, such as smoking, blind and singing, and so on.
