The topics of the local supervisory system of Tang Dynasty made more comprehensive in order, trying to analyze the literature on the basis of the Tang Dynasty outlines the evolution of the local supervisory system for clues, and is further summarized a number of features. This paper launched by the introduction, is divided into seven parts, the following main points:In the introduction we discuss the outline of local supervisory system before Tang Dynasty. I believe that the establishment of the Qin Dynasty started from the central to local supervisory system, and further improve the Western Han Dynasty, to strengthen the monitoring of officials. Eastern Han Dynasty, a slight change in the local supervisory system, through the evolution of the Southern and Northern Dynasties and the Sui Dynasty and the establishment of new characteristics emerged. Monitoring of Yushi major commitment of the local monitoring functions, Yang Di addit two department of Yezhe and sili, and to determine the "liu cha" standards, so as to strengthen the monitoring of central and local governments. Tang former local supervisory system for the evolution of the Tang Dynasty to the development of the local supervisory system laid the foundation.The first part ,Wude period Tang Dynasty's local supervisory system began to establish, basically following Sui Dynasty's system and having a slight change in the system.The central dispatch Yushi monitoring towns, officials monitoring the implementation of the law, Zhou and Xian executive, Lushi-canjunshi and Zhubu have inspection duties, higher status.The Second part, Zhenguan period the local supervisory system had been improved,and further strengthen the building of the local officials of local governments, mainly for the expansion of the number of monitoring Yushi, of the country for 10 Dao to send patrols to areas such as inspections, developed the "liucha" regulations. The author believes that these measures to monitor the exercise of official power and its role in the creation of the conditions that notes supervisory system is perfect.The third part, Wu Zetian period, the central government created the right Suzhen-yushitai as a full-time monitoring local institutions, and the appointment of a large number of cruel Yushi, Yushi gradually become a tool against political opponents. At the same time, revelation became an atomsphere of the entire country, ignoring laws and regulations, miscarriage of justice became more and more, and eventually the whole supervisory system became serious alienation.The forth part, after Xuanzong ascended the throne ,he improve the 10 Anchashi system, and changed 10 Dao into 15 Dao , and set up Caifangshi to live in towns for monioring local officials, strengthen central and local authorities control. Xuanzong also focused on the Chaoji system's building and magistrate the selection of local executive,Lushi-canjunshi and Zhubu to further strengthen the local supervisory system.The fifth part,Suzong period, with the local administrative system from two system of Zhou and Xian to three-tier system of Dao, Zhou and Xian, the local supervisory system has also been adjusted accordingly. In Dao, Jiedushi and Guanchashi were occupied by one person , monitoring power and the executive power in one set, is becoming the Chief executive in Dao. In Zhou and Xian, Lushi-canjunshi and Zhubu's monitoring role has been continuously strengthened, more stringent selection, the magistrate that supervisory system has effective adjustment.The sixth part , Xunyuan developed from the Daizong period, after the development of Dezong period, focus more on financial monitoring, Yuanhe and then gradually have a comprehensive monitoring power, the original monitoring system performance for monitoring of Xunyuan. In Zhou, Lushi-canjunshi's monitoring functions corresponding preference for financial affairs, thus strengthening the central government's authority in local government's financial.The last part is the conclusion of the text. Analysis of the Tang Dynasty author rationale evolution of the local supervisory system into six stages. It briefly summarized the characteristics of the supervisory system in Tang Dynasty from research:the perfect system, the strict supervisory, the exigent appointee ,the limitative local government.
