Ruan Fu And Prose Study

Ruan Ji is a well-known metaphysics celebrities of Wei and Jin periods, and a spiritual leader of "The Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove" with Ji Kang.Ruan Ji wants to save society,but the cruel reality leads him to failure.So in sympathy of the situation and mourning of himself,he reaches his life ideal what is not merging with secular.He is good at creating poems,his prose-poems and proses are very outstanding which occupies an important position in literary history.The prose-poems of Ruan Ji ,which are willful and released ,always express his ideal through objects, which implicitly and accurately express the feelings of grieved,distressed and helpless in Wei and Jin Period.The proses of Ruan Ji are full of his philosophical thought about life and reflect the implications and rational spirit of the literati.Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties is the first conscious time in Chinese literature history while it is the awakening period of life and thought of the writers. In "Guoxue Introduction",Qian Mu said: "In a word, Northern and Southern Dynasties about 300 academic thought is individual self-awakening."This requires that we study writers and their works of Wei and Jin Dynasties period we must grasp the characteristics of the times and ideas of the authors.The thougt of the auther can be reflected though works,so the interpretation of the text is very important.But the interpretation of the text can not remain on the text, or the response of the individual.The interpretation of the text also requires us to analyze and judge the aesthetic interest of the text, social significance and aesthetic value.In the premise of grasping the characteristics of the times and the ideology of Ruan Ji,this thesis confers closely on the text and discusses the aesthetic value and the art characteristics of prose-poems and prose of Ruan Ji.The text of this thesis have four parts which including foreword.The fordword lists the research of contemporary scholars on Ruan Ji,analysises the study direction and results of Ruan Ji′s prose-poems and preses,then on this basis note the significance of the topic.The tirst chapter analysises the characteristics of times and the thought of Ruan Ji,and inquiries the formation of Ruan Ji′s mentality is inextricably related with the bachground of time and his personal experiences,which paves the way for analysising Ruan Ji′s prose-poems and proses.The second chapter mainly analysises prose-poems of Ruan Ji.His prose-poems′artistic features are describing the sorrow of Dynasties replacement though objects, expressing his emotions implicitly and creating willfully and flexibly.Then contrast them with prose-poems of Han Dynasty, we can summarize the characteristics, social value and aesthetic value of Ruan Ji′s prose-poems.The third part of the thesis analysises the aesthetic interest of Ruan Ji′s proses,explains the unique charm of his proses from three areas including philosophical Implications, aesthetic value and artistic features. In addition,this part analysises the application style of Ruan Ji from writing features.I think the Innovation of this thesis is that it analysises the artistic characteristics of Ruan Ji′prose-poems closely on the text,and notes its feature is willful feeling and a flexible form.On study of Ruan Ji′proses,this part analysises its philosophical implications and aesthetic values.
