Animation is the original meaning of "given life", in this sense, it is actually a kind of means did not allow the image of activities. Thus, it offers a wide range of applications. The paper discussed by the "animation" is narrowly refers animation TV drama - a special kind of narrative art form, it is necessary first of all descriptions.The development of China's cartoon has experienced more than 70 years of time, during the Chinese animation achieved gratifying results, which will have a large number of excellent works of knowned at home and abroad. Chinese animation from its founding early closely linked with the world, but now the development of China's cartoon was in the silence. From the 21st century 1990s, China animation has no previous prosperity. Outside cartoon images such as Jiafei cat, Shinubi being mostly USA and Japanese animated cartoon , being popular in people for among articles for daily use , print matter on every side to most probably be more being full of on the marketplace in China. Domestic animation faced with a tremendous challenge, how to be better development in the new century, regain the domestic market, go to the world at the same time, Which is the most important task of animation creators. Then what's the main reasons that the slow development of domestic animation? How to explore a development suited to China's animation is the main reason domestic animation to be resolved, and it is the also main issues of concern this paper.In this paper, Beginning with the history of animation China, combing through the development of China's animation history and compared the difference between Chinese and foreign animation,with China animation creation and the market, exploring the Chinese art of animation, which summed up the Chinese animation Current Characteristics and finally put forward several measures about promoting the development of China's animation, the United States and Japan, as the most famous country animation, their different national character and aesthetic pursuit formed their different animation styles. However, China should not copy the United States or Japanese animation culture, and we should start from extensive and profound cultural heritage, learn from foreign culture, select the essence, discard their dross, only in this way, our animation can arrive at the world peak of arts and culture once again.
