China is a multiracial nation.With the evolution of our long history,our 56 raceshave created a great,magnificent and brilliant Chinese nation music culture ofappreciating beauty the value very much.The Chinese race music culture is a worldcivilization of importance constitute part, is mankind precious spirit wealth. Musiceducation is the important means that music culture can spread to accept.However, due to some historical reasons, chinese race music is becoming lessimportant and overlooked by the new generations. This thesis puts forward under thiskind of circumstance, study music education under the Chinese race music culture ofspread to accept for inherit and prosper our country race culture and development ourcountry the modern music education have realistic meaning.Face to the Chinese music education for the 21 st century, I want to aim at the20th century Chinese educational error of school music and shortage. Combinenowadays global economic integral whole to turn, the global cultural is diversifieddevelopment trend, looking for the education resources of local culture, pushingforward music education of the Chinese nation mother tongue strongly, building upbelonging to the education system of our own race music and race music theoriessystem.The thesis will distinguish to carry on argument from four chapters:Chapter 1,give a review to the chinese music education in the past 50 years. Analyze thereasons of Chinese cultural imperfection of race music, discuss the present conditionof Chinese contemporary music.Chapter 2, respectively prove from four contents thatChinese nation music of the aspect argument culture enriches from the instrumentalmusic, drama, song skill, folk song.Chapter 3, spread to accept from the culture of theangle of view, multicultural value and"basis" music(namely race music), the argumentinherits and develops the necessity of Chinese race music.Chapter 4, respectivelyillustrate from the changing idea, reform a course, draw up teaching material, improveecosystem environment and pay attention to culture to spread to accept five aspects to discuss how to educate at school music.
