Henri Bergson, who promotes intuition philosophy, is the most influencing person in French philosophy of the first half of 20th century.Criticizing intelligence and advocating intuition were the important parts of Bergsonism. Bergson believes that the essence of the world and the fundamental existence are duration or life, which means ego, consciousness and life all exist in charge and development. And this kind charge and development is course that can not be divided into parts. But intelligence could not be fully understood by intellect but by intuition. In academic sphere, Bergson and his theory of intuition are controversial. This thesis tries to study Bergson's philosophy as integrity, by critical unscrambling of Bergson's "intuition", expounds the content of Bergson's theory of intuition, clarifies previous misinterprets and misunderstandings of "intuition", hoping to reach some valuable discussing of the theory of intuition.
