Mutual affections between literature and commerce produce an important branch of Chinese literature—commercial literature, indicating the mixing and exchanging between Chinese traditional literature and commerce. Then commercial literature becomes a hot research, however, scholars often pay attention to the commercial literature in Ming and Qing Dynasty. The research fruits are less in the relationship between Tang Dynasty literature and commercial culture, which has deep space and researching value. The article is based on the point of commercial poems in Tang Poem, using the concepts and principles of commercial culture so as to have a wide knowledge of commercial culture in Tang Dynasty.The article is divided into three chapters: first, the analysis of three aspects, city and commodity economics, marketing problem and wine business, investgates the reasons of the phenomenon.Second, merchants the main body of commercial activities are analysed, involving the author' s attitude toward merchants: merchants' wivies who are waiting lonely, and foreign merchants who have adventuring spirits.Lastly, with the use of traditional managing philosophy and morden commercial concept, investigate the commercial ideal in Tang Dynasty, fixing eyes upon three aspects: view on wealth, view on commercial morality and view on commercial management.
