Since May 4th Movement in 1919, more and more novels, which take the children as the protagonists and main view point personages, have formed noticeable literature phenomenon. As a kind of literature phenomenon, its appearance has certain psychological reason of social culture. As an important part in literature phenomenon, children's perspective contains much social and cultural information in its contents and narrative forms. This paper firstly makes researches on "Children's Perspective" novel as a literary phenomenon in the entire 20th century since May 4th, 1919, trying to find its significance. And it is no longer a sense of sub-study in the literature history.On the basis of the research results ,this paper will divide "children's Perspective" novel into two categories.,"retrospective narrative texts" and "Legend of narrative texts", according to the differences in their content and narrating ways. This paper will explore their various aspects of the common character and differences in narrating ways and cultural psychology ,starting from their narrative texts.The focus will be on the analysis of the change in writers' cultural psychology, it is also a way to find the cultural and literature meaning of them.
