The business and economy of Hui in our country has a long history of thirty hundred years since the ancestors of Hui came to China for the earliest trade activities. During the periods the changes of social environment and the variance of economic life either put this nation to society's foreland or dropped this nation to the substrate of society, and the social status of Muslim is exhibited out all long through the carrier of economy situations. At present, with the fulfillment of ethical and religious policies in our country and further development of economic situation, more and more people are paying attention to the economy issues of Muslim of Hui, and even in some non-nation areas, people don't fell strange to the economic and cultural activities which have some religious signification, and moreover they regard these activities as necessary and natural phenomena in this multinational, united and peaceful country. So the research on diversified traditional cultures and conventional economic thinking and institutions can not be absent to the construction of harmonious society of China, and the awareness and support based on an objective and just foundation for nation religious and its economic activities are necessary as well. Finding out the run rule of economy of Hui Muslim, exploring its profound ideological and cultural connotation, paying attention to Muslim's economic activities in our country under the influence of religion, and abstractly and practically seeking the intrinsic factors of concomitance between the traditional economies and cultures are the main contents and research purpose of this paper.
