The knowledge presention of the first and the second lanuage is an important area of psycholinguistics, but there are still lots of confuses in this field. Our research matches the semantic-related and semantic-unrelated words from L1 and L2 to discuss the presentation of Chinese unskilled bilinguals. Our priming words are presented though auditoty and targets are presented though visual ways.12 students participant in our research which including 4 conditions: L1-L2, L2-L1, L1-L1 and L2-L2, with ERPs and lexical decision task.Waves in the within-language are more positive than that found in the between-language condition, and also semantic priming effect is more significant within the first language. Significant difference happens during the 150-250ms and 250-400ms epochs in the comparation of L2-L1 and L1-L1, but no difference in stimulu styles. We found significant semantic priming effect difference between L1-L2 and L2-L2 in the epoch of 250-400ms, also differences between stimulus styles. Waves are more negative in the semantic-unrelated condition and there is a big positive excursion when the target is from L2. There are obvious action in the field of frontal and parietal.According to our research, there are different context difficultise among the stimulus styles, so whether participants can make the task quickly and successfully or not depends on the recognition and processing of the priming word. Besides, Chinese late bilinguals are a special part of bilinguals, so they should be special analysis for them.
