Discussion On English Tudor Period Employees

A simple analysis about the employe problem in the Tudor periodThe employe who can sell their labor force all by themselves is an important factor for the origin of capitalism in the later Medieval England,so this essay mainly focuses on describing the development of the employe class and its characteristic.The essay consists of four parts.The first part expatiates on the theoretic meaning of the development of the employe class,and the different mode of the origin of them.On this base ,I try to analyse the quantity of employe class,so as to give prominence to its great influence on temporal society.The second part explores the develop phase of the employe .This development prepared the origin of capitalism abundantly.The third part detailedly describes the different fate of different type of the employe which reflects the economic rules.The last part sums up the time characteristic of the employe in Tudor period.It partly reserved the feudalism characteristics,but it showed the modern characteristics more obviously. So,we can see that as the time advances they will be the real modern factory worker.
