It popularized abroad in the area of the west of Inner Mongolia, the north of ShanXi, Shanxi and HeBei province. It also called "da wan yier" In common. "ErRenTai" has great dense of local color and folk culture, and it has unique artistic style and stage word, so it was very favorite in these regions. Baotou city have a common boundary with Inner Mongolia, the north of ShanXi, Shanxi and HeBei province. It has great mass-based and very popular in the people, so it is one of the most representative regions of the West "ErRenTai" art. The "ErRenTai" art's aria and singing come into being it's own style and own characteristic in the development of itself in Baotou city.This paper dissertate mostly from the characteristic of aria and singing of Baotou "ErRenTai", and explore the aria style of Baotou "ErRenTai" firstly. This paper divide into hereinafter four part except for foreword and epilogue.The first chapter:the formation and development to Baotou "ErRenTai". It include the formation,development,basic characteristic and style of Baotou "ErRenTai".The second chapter: the aria characteristic of Baotou "ErRenTai".Embark from the characteristic of aria of Baotou "ErRenTai", analyze the classification of aria,program origin, the theme content, the scale mode, the board mode and musical form, the bands and instrument, the language, the libretto and and phrases type, the period characteristic. The aria of "ErRenTai" and dialect union close.It is the short form, humorous and charming, and rich in the artistic power; basically uses is seven scales, the mode basically has four kinds: Gong mode, Shang mode, Jiao mode, Yu mode; the board mode includes: LiangDiao, Manban, LiuShuiban, NieZiban, Cuoban, and so on; major instrument is dizi, sihu, yangqin, Sikuaiwa, and so on; the language take the Jin, Shan dialect as the foundation, the song lyrics spoken language, rich place characteristic; song lyrics take four bodies as foundation expansion, the period divides into two bodies structures, four bodies structures period.The third chapter: the singing characteristic of Baotou "ErRenTai".
