Speech act theory is the core theory of pragmatics, analyzing the language phenomenon with the speech act theory is a hot spot of the current pragmatics research. At present, domestic and foreign scholars on the request, rejection, greeting, invitation, apology, farewell and flatter speech acts and so on were in-depth and detailed research, but the speech act research of quarrel has not aroused the scholars widespread interest. Quarrel is the most universal and common phenomenon in human's conflicts, it is a special way in the human communication, its existence influences the direction of development of the interpersonal relationship, therefore taking to the speech act research of quarrel will have an important meaning to the human communication. To explore and reveal the characteristic and rule of quarrel, this article from the embryology angle, applies the theories and methods of sociology, psychology, pragmatics, communication study, linguistics, cultural study, organization behavior study, conflict theory and so on based on formerly research to carry on the dynamic analysis and research to quarrel.This article altogether is divided three parts, the first part is The nature and types of quarrel ", it mainly has discussed the characteristic and types of quarrel from many angles, has expounded the speech act of quarrel of the violent, intentional and two-way characteristic and the psychological, mental injury in result, and has analyzed the types of quarrel and the characteristic of each type under the different angles.The second part is "the embryology perspective of quarrel", it discussed emphatically the entire movement process of quarrel.
