Reading plays an important role in teaching Chinese as second language. How to improve Chinese reading capacity of second language learners is paid close attention in linguistic teaching class. We know from experience that Chinese reading articles with transition sentence form is not only difficult point but also question point. Especially, transition meaning-marking sentence form is more difficult for second language learners. This leads to research interest. Why is it difficult point? Why is it examined by teachers simultaneously? What question is there in tradition reading teaching? All these urge us to think deeply about functions of transition sentence form, maybe it is a breaking-mouth. So this paper- try to study reading from sentence form, combining sentence form with reading. We hope to do basic and solid work for reading teaching.Study methods include questionnaire, error analysis, date count, document, textual analysis and cognitive linguistics.This paper includes four chapters.
