In the years around the War of Liberation of China, the Party started the largest-scale Land Reform in the countryside, which aimed at abolishing the Feudal Land Ownership, according to the foundational national conditions. It was not only the most decisive action which the Party defeated KMT(the Kuo mintang) eventually, but also an action which promoted the countryside life-force effectively. It made the countryside conditions changed a lot. This paper takes the Land Reform of Yishui County, Shandong Province for individual case, which mainly expounds how the Land Reform influenced the countryside society. The paper will take up the following five aspects one by one.Part One the Course of the Land Reform Movement of Yishui CountyAfter the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Yishui Party members' group began the movement against profiteers-nearly finished the Land Reform at the end of 1949, finished it in February, 1951, taking five years in total. The movement was divided into four stages, such as against profiteers-check-avenge, the earlier Land Reform, the latter Land Reform, the ending of the Land Reform. According to the time conditions, the Party took different ways in the movement and promoted all the work through the Land Reform successfully.Part Two the transformation and construction for primary power in the countryside in the movementIn the earlier stage of the Land Reform, Yishui Party members' group built and refonned the foundational party group in the countryside, established the leadership of peasants in the peasants committee. So it gave the peasants committee absolute rights. The democratic power in the mid-latter stage built the framework of foundational power in the countryside. The thought of "democracy for people" went deeply into the people's heart so that it could promote the enthusiasm of peasants joining the army, producing, supporting the front and different social reforms.Part Three the propagation for culture thoughtDuring the Land Reform, in order to win the peasant's favor and support, Yishui...
