Early Han Elderly Political Studies

Today the study about administrative guiding ideology of early Han dynastay is a hotspot in the historical research of Qin-Han dynasty. Although having a great diversity of conclusions, conventional studies on the administrative guiding ideology of early Han dynastay, had a commoness. They all utilized some specific academic schools, such as Confucian, Taoism, Legalism to sum up the administrative ideology of early Han dynasty. Their study had many merites, but their shortcomings were obvious too.For avoiding the limitation, the paper put away the researchful way of academic schools. And work over the problem by analysing the administrative essence of early Han dynasty. Author found there was a Zhangzhe Group in early Han dynasty, particularly the upper ruling class, which differed from other historical periods. And Zhangzhe were very active in early Han dynasty. They controled the early Han government. In their influence, the early Han administration embodied the character of Zhangzhe Administration—"esteeming imperial sovereignty, regarding the rule of law, advocating tolerance, no fazing the peasant".Zhangzhe Group and Zhangzhe Administration were little concerned by the scholars of studying the early Han political history. The paper began the study withZhangzhe Group, and comprised four parts-"what was Zhangzhe Administration","why did the potentate choose Zhangzhe Administration", "how did Zhangzhe Administration effect early Han dynasty political situation", "the connection between Zhangzhe Administration and academic thought". I hoped to express my idea about the administrative ideology of early Han dynasty, in the same time, to disclose a more complete outlook of Zhangzhe Administration of early Han dynasty for people.
