Help Language Speech "and" Virtual Word To Say "a Comparative Study

In our country ZhuYuCi is the earliest monograph explaining the empty word of classical Chinese specially, and after it is XuZiShuo. Carrying on the comparative study on the basis of investigating their research results and their theory and methods of research, we can probe into whether XuZiShuo says the continuation and development in ZhuYuCi, and provide the more exhaustive material for the history of empty word research in this period.This text includes five parts. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the importance of ZhuYuCi and XuZiShuo, the present research situation, the writing intention and the paper frame. The second part is a summary, mainly introducing the authors of the two books, editions, words and the arrangement styles. And to the words and styles we carry on the comparison. The third part is the comparison between their views of function word. First we roughly comb the research history of empty word before ZhuYuCi, then investigate the views of function word in ZhuYuCi, and carry on the comparison of the two books while explaining the views in XuZiShuo. The fourth part is the comparison of their ways of explaining words. On the basis of investigating their explaining content we find that they explained the classical words with the spoken words, from the meaning relation between function word and full word, from the effect which function word achieved, from the description of voice and the comparison. Then we carry on the analysis and the comparison from the above five aspects. The fifth part is the comparison of the main grammar problems. First the morphology problem involving to the preceding paragraphs is relatively summarized, then we carry on the investigation and the comparison of the two books from the empty word's function of constructing a sentence, thesemantic relations and the grammar structural relations among sentences, and the tone issue of sentences. In brief, XuZiShuo achieved more than ZhuYuCi and they are consistent in the basic research spirits and the ways of explaining the empty word.
