Minors are in an important period of physical and mental development. Along with their physiological and mental growth, the increase of competition pressure, the enlargement of society experiences and the changing in mode of thinking, minors may encounter all kinds of mental problems on study, life, sociability and self-awareness, etc. It may negatively influence their growth if some of them cannot be settled in time. To deeply understand minors' mental status and also to provide some reference to scientifically set up the minor mental health education system in Henan province, this study used questionnaire method (questions based on the "mental health questions" part of the special subject of the civilization of education of "three reasons" about minors in Henan province), and surveyed 1440 minors, 1850 parents, and 968 teachers in Henan province. Based on it, the study analyzed the state of minor mental health, the education notion and attitude of teachers and parents, etc.The survey shows that most of the minors are in good mental health status, however, some of them does have some problems to some extent, such as in emotion, behavior, sex notion, interpersonal relationship, character, self-confidence, etc. Detail to different ages: for preschoolers, 88% of them are in good mental status, 12% of them have some mental problems; for primary scholers, 83. 6% are in good mental status, 16. 4% have some mental problems; for middle school students, 67. 1% are in good mental status, 32.9% have some mental problems; for high school students, 72. 1% are in good mental status, 27. 9% have some mental problems. The survey of teachers shows that 76. 5% of teachers have scientific education notion and mode, but still 23. 2% of them have some unscientific viewpoints, etc. The survey of parents shows that 61. 8% of them have scientific education methods, but still 38. 2% of them have some unscientific methods, etc. Comparison between two-two of the same age children, the results show that it exist obvious diffrentsof mental problems between single parents' and parents' in social adapt , language, interpersonal relationship, single parents' are hergher thanparents' . Comparison of the same age students in primary and junior high school shows that, in primary school, it exist obvious diffrents of mental problems between females and males in behavior, learning .males' are hergher than females' ; in middle school, female and male students show different on different aspects, in willpower , the relationship of parents and children, males' are hergher than females' , in sex notion, females' are hergher than males' ; in higher school, it exist obvious diffrents of mental problems between females and males in self-confidence, character, sex notion, relation of teachers and students, females' are hergher than males' .This study analyzes and discusses the survey. The factors affecting minor mental health are very complicated, which mainly include facts of themselves, their families, the schools and the society environment. Following the order of nature of minor mental development, a suggestion is given to establish a mental health education network, which use school as the center and family and society are involved in.
