So the author of this paper thinks it is important that the Jasmine can not cover the all music characteristics of Jiangsu folk songs.Based on Mr. Wu Junda's theory, Jiangsu province has four major language districts, and consulted historical condition, production life style, local conditions and customs, people's personality and habit of circumspecting aesthetic, music ideology, and so on in jiangsu province, The author divides the Jiangsu folk song into three major color districts, which is the North , the Jianghuai, the Wu language and then. Aimimg for the melody of folk songs, the writer carrys out the conception of logistic factors of melody.The logistic factors of melody includes scale, mode, technique of mode development in application and style of melody. As an exploratory study, the author demonstrates her opinions in three ways as follows. At first the researcher will analyse condition, position of operating mode and tactics of the key development in application and key style, which are about the scale and mode using of the three major color areas, the North, the Jianghuai and the Wu language. Secondly, the writer will assay the ballad key and tune style, which are started with the structure tone of the folk songs and prolongation, and compare the tune of folk songs of the three major color districts, which is set about drawing lessons from Heinrich Schenker's theory. Last but not the least, the author is going to probe into origination and impersonation of blue melody, which comes from seedling songs in both Jinhu and Baoying districts, after having analyzed the six sound scale, using the key of Yu, developed frequently of the key, and applying the descending characteristic, and etc.
