During the half century from the foundation of our country, the grammar of written Chinese has changed and caused some difference between the mainland and Hong Kong and Taiwan. There is so much new grammatical phenomenon which has already aroused people's attention. Based on the present and scattered achievement, this paper will compare and discuss some grammatical phenomenon of the three places together since the foundation of our country. Furthermore, it will try to dig out and find out some unmentioned phenomenon and forms continuously. Combining with the theory of grammar and social linguistics and basing on the possible effects on the changes of language which are caused by foreign languages, dialect and classical literary language, this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the changes and the distinguished characteristics of temporary written Chinese grammar of the three places, during the course of language communication, language competition and language inheritance. At last, this paper gives some formal advice on the new changes of grammar. The purpose of this paper is to arouse people's attention and make them keep the attitudes toward the new language phenomenon more objective and more intellectual.
