Mo Yan has his own independent thinking and clinging exploration on the literature creation. In his works, we can see the track of being childish, imitating, investigating, introjecting and returning. During the creating course Mo Yan mixes his life experience, inditing principles and the creating technique both in China and in the Occident in his novel, so as to carry out the amalgamation between the ancientry and today as well as between China and the Occident and to finish the return to fork. 41 cannons is a magnum opus, which is a landmark symbolizing Mo Yan's amalgamation and return. This symbol is represented by the interleaving of tripartite space-time, the fork and orgiastic, and by the magical zarzuela, and so forth. In the mass, the amalgamating and returning trend has impenetrated his whole inditement and he has made so worshipful exploration on the magic and the fork-creation. Mo Yan's creation in the literature is amazing and has established quite a few inimitable texts and idiographic characters for the Chinese contemporary literary world. At the same time the suppression to the magic and the excessive persistence on fork-creating position lead to some bandages in his inditement.
