In recent years, scholars pay more and more attention to the research about unearthed literature, and they have achieved a lot. Although pronoun is also one of the hot issues in Chinese language research , the articles on the personal pronoun of the bamboo slips in Qin Dynasty are rare. The paper attempts to clean up comprehensively and systematically those publicized phrases of the bamboo slips in Qin Dynasty. In order to get comprehensive understand of the personal pronouns of the bamboo slips in Qin Dynasty, using both quantitative and qualitative statistics and synchronic and diachronic techniques, this paper discusses these questions such as syntactic functions, amount, frequency, the function of condescension or respect, the time character and the district character.This text is divided into four parts totally. A general introduction in the first part introduced the unearthing and settling of the bamboo slips in Qin Dynasty, and the current research and significance of the personal pronouns of the bamboo slips in Qin Dynasty. It also explain the research technique about this paper. The first chapter discusses these questions such as the syntactic functions and amount, the time character and the district character of the first personal pronouns, and the distinction between Wo(我) and Wu(吾). This chapter also proves that Mou(某) is not the first personal pronoun in bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty. The second chapter discusses these questions such as the amount and frequency, the syntactic functions and number, the function of condescension or respect, the time character and the district character of the second personal pronouns in bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty. The third chapter discusses the third personal pronoun in bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty , containing whether "彼","其", "之" are the third personal pronoun and their syntactic functions and "其" is the subject of the sentence, and comparison in their uses.
