The dissertation will probe the two famous men's contribution to the development of the world diplomatic thought, through comparing some aspects, such as the history backgrounds which were the headspring for their diplomatic thoughts, the diplomatic condition among countries, diplomatic artifice, diplomatic strategy, and the heft. At last we also hope to attain the useful enlightenment and reference from it.
