Analysis Of Contemporary Campus Theater

'Campus Drama' was called 'School Histrionism', 'Student Histrionism' or 'School Drama', which means a type of experimental amateur non-profit dramas created by undergraduates freely on campus. 'Campus Drama' can not be neglected on any stage of the history of Chinese drama. Nowadays, there's a trendy that more and more people in domestic drama circles and education field begin to attach importance to 'Campus Drama'. This thesis takes the research of the noumenon of 'Campus Drama' as the start. By analyzing examples of 'Campus Drama' created by some domestic universities, the paper tries to help more people understand the development of 'Campus Drama', the future of drama, the meaning of quality-oriented education, nail down all subjective and objective problems waiting to be solved, and personal proposals of fostering directors of 'Campus Drama' and young educators of drama, strengthening the exchange of 'Campus Drama', establishing experimental troupes and so on. The purpose of this paper is to make more and more people attach importance to the future development of 'Campus Drama'.
