| During the course of the development of the world children literature, the fantasy children literature has been a main and very important part .It has already gained many readers' liking by its own special writing style, wonderful plot structure, brilliant background settings, humorous language description and deep thinking in simple and plain language. Among the readers are innocent and lively children ,curious and knowledge-seeking children, and mature and sympathetic elder. Fantasy children literature is very popular with readers of different ages, different ranks and different parts pf the globe. To begin with I would like to talk about the innate character of fantasy, which is a basic problem.(1) Fantasy, as a term of word, is being discussed from the angles of creating psychological activities and the way of writing of children literature. It analyzes the relationship between fantasy, imagination and reality.(2)The textual reach and analysis on the meaning of the word and the implication of the children literature. Fantasy assures the rangs and features of the protruding key points.(3) The mental innate character and similarity of game spirits make fantasy become angel of keeping human homeland as well as a guide of having the human spirits fly high up to the heaven. Secondly according to the development of the view of history, come being concrete works and features of times, it controls the development and changes of the children view and fantasy at different times. Generally speaking, the children literature didn't exist before the 17th century. The factors of the fantasy of folk stories has only become a hidden current which waters the freedom-thirsty children and fantasy-hungry hearts. In the 18th century although Lock's and Rueso's theories made the children view exist, the fantasy was further destroyed. In the 19th century, the spread of Xilu's game spirits and the popularity of romance made the fantasy of folk literature and the children literature burst out like rainbows. Fantasy is no longer the decoration of literature. It plays an important part in displaying the human spirits return to nature, revealing the emotion of being controlled and entertaining souls. In the 20th century, the rising and development of fantasy novels have added more charming factors and complicated structure to fantasy literature .Fantasy displays another state of human life in more vivid way, and also stresses the seeking and questioning on humans themselves and world in the sense of philosophy. The third part analysis the important enement of building fantasy city. (1)In fantasy literature, fantasy and reality are entange eternally. Firstly they sre independent and intimate ,but in thistext, as a recriver of this text, you muxt learn to merge into that fantasy world to understand and hear the real sound whith author makes. Different stage backgrounds install the fantasy world into two different texts, they are high fantasy and low fantasy, and at the same time ,it designs different ways for reality changing to fantasy.(2) In fantasy literature, the magic power of time is without saying. As an art intermediary, time shows the characteristic of outlooking, concreting and coinsiding.At the same time,as a constraction enement, the usage in some texts makes fantasy literature burst out like rainbows.(3)The serection and paste of character make the fantasy form strangely, absurdly and even hapelessly, but it is because of these character that reveal the fantasy view of adult curture and spirit of reality. The fourth part is to analyse the basic story mode and structional characteristic of fantasy children literature. The basic story mode is leave home-go home- leave home.
