Deo to the questionnaire investigate about learning stress and the cope pattern among the 378 junior students, the research inspected the influence about the students' mental health, self-efficacy, learning strategy and learning achievements which the learning stress and the cope pattern makes. The result revealed:The external stress that the students perceived originated from teachers, parents and companions.No matter whom the learning stress result from teachers, parents or companions, the junior students who are in lower stress level are better in total level state.The junior students who are active in cope pattern are better in body symptom,anxiety,human relationships and mental health.When they perceived the teacher stress, parents stress and companion stress, the self-efficacy is much lower.Under the positive cope pattern, the students utilized much more learning strategies.
