Population boom, resources exhaustion as well as environment pollution hindered the historical process of man itself struggling for its existence and development. They also hampered man obtaining material goods from nature directly and the circulation of goods and energy between man and nature. Ecological crisis appeals for ecological morality. The theories of "natural value", "administrative responsibility" and "just principles" afford theories for ecological morality. The main moralities of maintaining the balance of ecology include refrainment, preservation and protective laws.Refrainment is a moral norm which binds man's indulgent behavior of demanding willfully from nature. Preservation is a moral norm which deals with man's providing for the nature, serving for the nature and cherishing the nature, thereby fulfilling the obligations. The law is a moral norm which coordinates the two behaviors of demanding and providing. The law is originally a political conception and does not belong to morality. But the benefit concerned with the ecological law is rich in mankind and nature features. The ecological law is permanent, its direct aim is to guarantee man's happiness. These features determine the morality significance of the law.
