Bullying is a special aggressive behavior among childen, especially among teenagers. It menas that during a certain period of time, children repeatly get negotive behavior from one or more children, including direct attach such as hitting, threatening or intimidating, name-calling or indirect attacks, such as spreading rumors, encouraging other to reject or exclude someone. Research shows that bullying happens very frequently in all researched cultural background, about 10-20precent pupils and middle school students are involved in bullying or being bullyed. The final purpose for the research on bullying is to control and reduce the frequency of bullying and make a safer and more civilized campus circumstance for children.The reserch on the development of children's sociality tells that bullying is not natural bom with and it comes with the development of children's sociality. It belongs to bad adaptation of relation while group counseling is especially applicable to the person who has bad adaptation of relation. Therefore group counseling should be effective on bullying. Meanwhile, former researches show there is diffrence for bullies and victims in terms of companionship, empathy and solvation of interpresonal conflicts compared with other children or they are lack of certain ability to prevent the bullying. In view of these analysis, this research attempts to intervene bullying by group counseling and form the following hypotheses:1.Group counseling on companionship, empathy and solvation of interpersonal conflicts can improve participants' companionship, participants' empathy and participants' ability of solvation and result in decreasing frequency of bullying.l.For bullies, there is difference among three plans of group counseling. It's the same case with victims as well.3.There is difference the results between low grades and high grades..This research refers to Olweus's prevention and applys group counseling to intervene bullying. This research draft three plans of group counseling:plan of companionship,plan of empathy and plan of solvation of relational conflict Independent variable is the plan of group counseling. Dependent variable is the frequency of bullying. Objects :bullies and Victims of pupils.This research mainly uses questionnaires evaluation together with process evaluation and trcak evaluation.This research use quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.After seven weeks, the experiment achieved good effect. The result of experiment shows:1.Three plan decreases effectively the frequency of bullying for testing classes and the result well supports the first hypothesis.2. Analysis of three plans: For bullies, there is significant difference between plan of companionship and plan of empathy and plan of empathy and plan of solvation of relational conflict. The result of them are better than that plan of companionship. The result of plan of empathy is best than plan of companionship and plan of solvation of relational conflict. As for victims, There's no obvious diffrence in the results of the 3 plans.3.Three plans are effective and feasible in both low grade and high grade. No plan is especially applicable to certain grade pupils.This research have theory meaning and reality meaning. The theory meaning of this research is that this research applies group counseling to intervene bulling for the first time, enriching the research on bullying, especially the study on the methods for the intervening of bulling.In addition, the research result testifies some individual factor affecting bullying. This research has significant reality meaning. This research offers an effective and feasible prevention for controlling bulling.The intervenient method has value to be popularized. This method can apply to primary school and middle school, offers an effective and feasible pattern for mental class.
