Qingdao City Sharp And Sound

In the light of sociolinguistic and dialectology theories and methodologies, an investigation about the variation of the JianTuan Yin pronunciation is made in Qingdao district. The investigation shows that there exist differences of JianTuan Yin pronunciation in the different age, sex and profession groups. It is believed that such results are related with the social and cultural environment of the speakers. This paper consists of the following five chapters.Chapter One is the introduction. It aims to give the definition of Chinese JianTuan Yin pronunciation and a brief history about it. At the same time, the national and international relevant studies on the city dialect are also introduced here.Chapter Two is the significance and the methodologies. This part introduces the significance, object, methods and steps of this paper. And then, the research assumption and the prospective hypothesis are explained in detail.Chapter Three is the results analysis. Firstly, the paper describes the features of the linguistical variation. It aims to discuss the distribution of JianTuan Yin pronunciation in different ages, sexes and professions. The result shows that there also exist JianTuan Yin pronunciation in Qingdao district, but different age groups stratify the distribution. The Jian Yin pronunciation has been more widely used by the female of each age group than the male. And profession is the main social factor which influences the confusion of JianTuan Yin pronunciation mostly.Chapter Four analyzes the confusion of JianTuan Yin pronunciation. This part observes and stydies the influence of different social factor and different style by comparing and analyzing those TuanYin pronunciation words which read as Jian Yin pronunciation.Chapter Five analyzes the results of this research. The variations of JianTuan Yin pronunciation in Qingdao dialect are explained reasonably, and the trend is predicted at the end of this paper.
