The users of internet are affected on idea, thinking, feeling and behavior since internet has being been to be the fourth media in our life. Yet the cyber culture is not studied systematiclly in china. I try to expound the cyber culture from in my paper from three fields. Firstly, I try to do my best to sum up and describe ray study on cyber culture, secondly, I study the affect of the cyber culture, while analysing the data from my investigation, thirdly, 1 depend on conclusions educed by the research and past study to making a good use of internet in practice.We find in the end that the internet has being become a part of life of students' when it takes much time for students to be on the internet. They are affected more or less by cyber culture when they are on internet, which the effect involves positive and negative influence of internet. The cyber culture affects the behavior, idea and feeling of students', and so on.
