Na-Han interlanguage is an approximative system that is produced in the process of communication between Naxi people and other nationalities, especially, Han nationality. It is a dynamic linguistic system that developes toward the target language with its own features of grammer, phonetics, lexicon and pragmatics. The study of Na-Han interlanguage is an important part in Minority-Han interlanguage study, which also will enrich and develop the interlanguage theory.Na-Han interlanguage study can be done from two aspects. One is imformal, from free, social communication. The other is relatively, formal, from teaching and learning in school, including primary school, middle school, high school and university. The features of the two aspects may be different in grammer, sematics, pragmatics. After the three case's interlanguage phonetics, which are influnced by Naxi language and Chinese phonetics, are surveyed, the writer finds that the features of systematichess, flexibility and stratification exist in Na-Han interlanguage phonetics.Finally, in this thesis, some suggestions about how to teach Chinese and conduct Na-Han bilingual education is also put forward to in Naxi nationality district, and the bright outlook for Na-Han interlanguage can be seen.
