Guizhou Yangming School Thought The Rheological Exploration

Demoted and exiled to Guizhou Province, Wang Yangming understood the truth and gave lectures to his students, which directly promoted the forming of the Guizhou Yangming School, the earlier regional school of the Will Theory. The school, guided by Wang Yangming himself, sticked to the plain style of study, and after more than 100 years, the school developed so quickly that it covered the whole province. Many important people's coming forth in great number and their brilliant achievement presented a splendid sight in the school, thus greatly promoting the academic and cultural development in Guizhou Province. And also its aftereffect went on to the modern times.Beginning with the inner-logic of the Will Theory, taking important representatives of each stage as the individual case, and analyzing their thoughts, basic positions and main viewpoints one by one, this paper tries to find out the thinking venation of this school and the characteristics of its evolvement. Moreover, the general characteristics of the interactions between the great tradition and the little tradition are reviewed briefly.
