The friendship between Han and Ou could be seen from the 2nd year ofJingyou. At the 2nd year of Qingli,the army of Song defeated Xixias phaseiy. Ou sent him a congratulation letter. Later, Hanqi came back to the government and was named the Vice Military Minister, together with Fan. In order to make them be promoted and show their talents favorably, Ou made great efferts. When the reformation of Qingli was in trouble.the reformers,such as Han and Fan.were defamed with clique.Ou debated for them bravely,but he was injured by false accusation. From the 5th year of Qingli, till the last minute of Ous life, more than 20 years passed. Han and Ou kept exchanging of letters frequently and deep personal friendship between them came into being. Their relation embodied the best political friendship and the closest confidant.Han and Fan had already worked together in the 3rd year of Jingyou. In the imminence situation of the frontier, Hanqi wasn't afraid of the suspicion of clique and recommended Fan for the position of counter -attacking Xixia. They worked in full cooperation and with unity of purpose. They both gained great reputation. Fan's contribution to the frontier made good preparation for the reformation of Qingli. Han backed the reformation unchangeably. After they left the Capital, they kept posting each other. Those letters not only embodied Fan looked Han on as his political confidant, but also implicated Fan's ardent hope for Han's fulgent future.They had six similar experiences of promoting in the same time. Their sharing weal and woe could be seen from them.At the latest time of the 2nd year of Baoyuan,Han and Fu had worked together. At the 3rd year of Qingli, Han came back to the government and was named the Vice Military Minister, together with Fan. Han prayed for defending the frontier, but the emperor didn't agreed. Fu tried his best to talk into the emperorAt May of the 5rdyear ofQingli.Fu was injured by false accusation. Not considering his own safety, Han advised the emperor bravely in order to help Fu,but he failed.ln fne fen years.from the 5th year of Qingli to the 2nd year of Zhihe,they exchanged many poems, especially in the years of Huangyou and Zhihe. But they stopped thereafter. Since June of the 3rd year of Jiayou, they both acted as the Prime Minister.Because they had great differences in speech and acting,their relation got worse increasingly. Even after July of the 2nd year of Zhiping when Fu abdicated the Military Minister, he stopped the friendship with Han. From their intercourse, we can see the obvious changes of their relationship and we can also explain the reason for the change.The confection of Han and Wang can ascend to the 5rd year of Qingli.ln this year, Han was fne governor of Yangzhou and Wang was his underiing.But they didnt establish the close and suitable personal relation,because of the misunderstanding in initial dealing and the differences such as disposition and political claim. Although they had different political viewpoint later.they didn't become enemies each other. In the articles of Wang, such as A Congratulation To Hanqi and The elegies of Hanqi ,he expressed his respection and appreciation to Han.During the Reformation of Wang Anshi, Han requested stopping the new laws. In his proposal, he only demonstrated his different viewpoint,but he neither attacked Wang himself ,nor did he negate Wang's morality. Finally his suggests weren't adopted and he expressed his unsatisfaction to the new laws by means of abdication. The contaction of Han and Wang not only helped us get to know their relationship objectty, but also showed their forbearing moralities.Han was acquainted with Su should begin from the 1st year ofJiayou,Su visited Han, bringing his own opusQuanshu and the introduction letter that Lei Jianfu wrote to Han.
