This thesis, based on the three-life theory of Prof. Feng Xiaolun and focusing on receiver's aesthetic psychology of receiving cinema art as object, makes a deep discussion on the inherent sources of cinema works' quality and vitality, and respectively studies the contents -figure image and story plot - of cinema art and the forms-pattern, color and sound - of cinema art acting on receiver's aesthetic psychology, finally summarizing an aesthetic law of receiver's reception of the content and form in cinema art in compliance with receiver's reception psychology. The basic purpose and significance of this study lie in providing an observable theoretic basis and aesthetic law for cinema artists in their art originating centering on receiver's reception, thereby in a better manner, providing a basic theory for the realization, in a practical meaning, of cinema art's artistry, marketability, aesthetic property and aesthetic value unifying as a whole inherently, and furthermore guiding cinema receiver to better take aesthetic activities in enjoying cinema art.
