The PASS theory, as a new intelligence theory, was gradually put forward and formed through many years probation. Compared with traditional intelligence theory and tests, it has its unique advantages in many ways. The PASS theory not only supplements the traditional one, but also provides the research of intelligence test with a brand-new angle, as a new field of study. The present paper compares the PASS theory and CAS with WISC-CR by means of testing and diagnosing 150 pupils. The results are as following:1) Stracturally, according to correlation matrix and recent study, CAS is more systematic than WISC-CR, which can more clearly show the panoramic intelligence development of the children.2) The predictibility of the total sum of CAS is far more better than the verbal IQ of WISC-CR,therefore, showing that CAS has its own characterirstics in predicting the scores of children.3) Diagnostically, according to the case study, the diagnosis made under CAS and PASS is more precise, more detailed and more persuasive than that of WISC-CR.
