In the west, it has provoked sufficient attention to the Nietzsche' s anti-metaphysics and postmodern theory. But the study on these lags behind more relatively at home. In order to change this condition, the author tries to make badly-considered opinions on the question. Please make comments and criticism. The paper includes three parts. The topic is to analyse Nietzsche' s anti-metaphysics and postmodern theory, and study his role in the history of the western philosophy. Consequently, the paper discusses mainly from two aspects :one is Niatzsche' s criticism to the traditional metaphysics, the other is his influence on the postmodernism philosophy. The criticism to the traditional metaphysics, is the main contents of the first chapter of the paper. The author analyses the Nietzsche' s nihilism at first. Nietzsche considers it only is way and tool, not a goal. His goal is to negate the traditional metaphysics with the aid of critical spirit of nihilism. Then Nietzsche critizes the traditional metaphysics from three aspects: the first is the theory of two division of the world, the second is substance concept, the third is rationality (as a weapon). These criticism leads to the end of the traditional metaphysics, Ofcourse, criticism is not Nietzsches' s goal. He has raised much rich in creative thought during the criticism. These thought makes his philosophy has obviously different characters. The author discusses them and their influence on the postmodern philosophy. In the second part. There are three characters. For example, the anti-ontology with the aid of that the world is changable continuely; the perspectivism instead of the represenatation theory of the foundationalism; the theory of the power' s compound and explain dispelled the depth mould etc. Because of these characters, Nietzsche opens up two different ways to the postmodern: one is sociology criticism, the other is philosophy criticism. The author analyses stressly the latter and discusses the Nietzsche' s influence on the postmodernism by combining two important postmodernism philosopher; Jacques Derrida and Mirkel Foucault. Derrida inherits and develops Nietzsche' s anti-rationality and anti-metaphysics. Foucault inherits and develops Nietzsche' s genealogy method. Then the author draws conclusions in the third part: Nietzsche mainly is a metaphysicist from modern meaning ,not a postmodernism philosopher. But he may be regard as a pioneer of postmodernism philosophy. In a word, Nietzsche is a transitional character. His thought has inevitablely transitional and contradictory and complex characters. Therefore, we could understand and appraise Nietzsche comprehe- nsively and objectively, if we make concrete and profound analysis about his thought.
