On The Artistic Characteristics Of Chinese Re-arranged The Piano Song

The piano music of China has gone through several historical stages, from the early twentieth century to the present, from its sprouting to its growing vigorously. During the process, the Chinese composers constantly melted and digested the creation skills and techniques of the West, creating and developing the music works with a style of national characters on the piano which is a western musical instrument. Among them, quoting the tune of classical composition of China's tradition becomes the composers' first choice.This thesis studies the Chinese traditional composition revised piano music, elaborating on the artistic characteristics of the Chinese revised piano music from such four perspectives as the generating background, creating characteristics, performing features and its value orientation.Chinese composers' exploration for the nationalization of traditional Chinese revised piano music provides much valuable experience for the creation of future Chinese piano music The body part of this thesis focuses on the key phrase "artistic characteristics," generalizing their exploration from two aspects: creation and performance.
