The period of three Countries i.e. GiaoGouLi,TBaiJi,Sinla and the unified SinLa is the period of forming Korean nationaty. It was the period of patten-shifting in which the Korean culture shifted from the primitire divinity culture to humanism culture. Qwing to the uniflcatin of Korean peninsula by SinLa, the external Buddhism. In that reriod of culture pattern-shifting, SinLa cultnre toole a wery important place in the period of forming Korean nationality. In virw of the dominated value in Sinla society and being based on the ofrmaer scholars' achievements, thread of Buddhism's naturali zation in unified SinLa,the author analyses the historical & cultural background of the society of SinLa be fore Buddhism was speraled into Korean peninsals, and the process of Buddhiam's naturali zation of thr Buddhism was spreaded info the peninsals.According to these, the author summarized that the SinLa Buddhism's characters uere patriotic and merging, then discusses SinLa Buddhism's functim in the derelopment of Korean culture and the unifilation of Korean peninsala.The thesis consists of three parts:introduction, the main text and conclusion.The intraduction mainly discusses the thesis' aim & significe of the study, introduce the trends of the other scholars' study and the basic train of thought and the main contents.The main text's contents are (1) the solial state uhen the Buddhism was spreaded into SinLa and before it was universally auepted. Chis part consists of the conditions of social politics, economy and culture. (2) the spread and unirersal acception of Buddhism in SinLa.This part mainly discusses the two points: a) the intention of faxingwang's conrersion to Buddhism; b) the incident of yicidun's death for Buddhism, At last, the authar disclosed the goal of SinLa Buddhism. (3) SinLa Buddhism's naturalization and its development. This part mainly consists of: a) the mechanism of SinLa Buddhism naturalization. b)the prosperous of SinLa Buddhism culture which reflected from the actiicties of HuaLangDao and BaGuanHui.The conclusion consists of:(1) reviews and concludes the contents of the whale theis.(2) Raises the problems of the theis.(3) Raises the tasks which should study mgre and deeply.
