Exploration Of The Chinese Novel Image Narrative

This thesis tries to fully study the tales of Tang dynasty from a new theory view of imagery narration. By analyzing the concrete ijfjom of this narrative style, it hopesto give this narrative mode a position in the history of Chinese literature. Furthermore,/-by this study, it hopes to give a rectification to some people who have intresting tofollow the western narrative theory.There are totally for sections as follows:Chapter I Trace back to the historical connection between imagery and narration, make a distinction between narrative imagery and characters, and give imagery narration a clear definition.Chapter II Study the type of narrative imagery in the tales of Tang dynasty (the imagery of nature N the imagery of society N the imagery of cuture), and analyse the typical imagery.Chapter HI Analyse the aesthetic function of the imagery narration in the tales of Tang dynasty.Chapter IV Study how imagery narration in the tales of Tang dynasty has effect on the following literature, embody It's wide effect on aesthetic glamour.
