In accordance with the problems which lie in the traditional linguistic research of Modem Chinese Passive Form and the distance from the practical needs in the computational linguistics and the Chinese teaching and learning as a second language, this article is aimed to apply French Lexicon-Grammar Theory to analyze Modem Chinese Passive Form in a new angle repeatly, observe its syntagmatic relations, describe thoroughly all the conditions necessary for the co-distribution to achieve the passive form in a core formality, especially the indispensable complementary components, represent them by matrixes, and consequently put the possible research results into practical use. At the same time, we attempt to construct the generalized descriptive Chinese grammar by them. This research belongs to a basic study. It is characterized by the experiment and its conclusion needs to be tested, either true or wrong, which relies on the intelligence of the linguisticians. Because of the restriction on the length and the time of writing, this article only descripes the conditions necessary for the co-distribution to achieve the passive form, the co-existence relations between the passive form and other relative syntactic forms in Chinese language will be researched in the future.
