Universities And Training Institutions In The Animation Education In A Comparative Study

recent years, along with the devepment of animation in China, the whole animation domain lacks of professional people. However, students who majored in animation arehard to find jobs and most of them are needed to be retrained. Meanwhile, lots of training institutes established and provided another way to convey animation professionals. This paper will compare animation education of colleges and training institutions by following parts.First, by analyzing domestic and foreign animation market, to dicover the hardness of development of Chinese animation industry and problems of animation education and the diverge between the profession educaiton and animation industry and the conlict between the industry development requirements and the educational aim. Neither colloges nor training institutions can meet the strict requirements of animation professionals of our country.Second, to describe present situation of education of China's colleges and training institutions and to introduce different education patterns and course settings and teacher distribution by writer's own experience.Then, to compare the the sameness and difference between colleges and training institutions and to suggest that colleges and training institutions should learn each other's advantages and to be better together.Finally, to analyze the futrue of training institutions and to describe explictly colloge animation education systems must be improved and be changed and should be running in a distinctive way.
