Song Dynasty Landscape Painting And Aesthetic Interest Of The Literati Landscape Painting Is Still A Comparative Study

The theme of the thesis is the nuances of aesthetic interests between Literati Painting and academic Landscape Painting under the realistic aesthetic standard, and the effect of such nuances of determining the subtle differences in Literati Painting landscape and academic Landscape Painting. The article discusses such topic for the following aspects:First of all, the Literati Landscape painters took a part in painting as scholars, whose aesthetic interests had a natural tendency of pursuing the "literary". Such interests had a direct impact on the aesthetic interest of the ruling class, which affected the aesthetic taste of academic Landscape Painting.Second, the Song Dynasty academic Landscape painters had the aesthetic standard of both portraying the truth and the cultural emotion, which had a great impact on the pursue which the literati painters had of realistic conception of nature and painting techniques.Third, whether the Literati Landscape Painting by the Literati Landscape painters or Landscape Painting by the professional painters shared the same characteristic of natural realism which can also be regarded as the faith of the nature. Fourth, the different mentality situation of those Literati Landscape painters and professional painters had during the process of creation also foreshadowed the distinction between Literati Landscape Painting and academic Landscape Painting to some extent.Fifth, the reason the painters did not inscribe on the the landscape pictures in early Song Dynasty involve to the later form that Literati Landscape pictures always had poems of relevant theme together, and the different pursuit of forcing the poem to suit for the theme of the picture and combining the theme of the two different art forms embodied the difference in aesthetic test of the professional painters and the literati painters.The last but not the least, the subjective aesthetic interests of the painters in Southern Song determined the schematic change of Southern Song Dynasty landscape painting,which was also the integration of aesthetic interest between the Literati Landscape Painting and the academic Landscape Painting.
