Bamboo Slips from the Chu Tombs at Guodian and Bamboo Slips of Chu Kingdom from the Warring States Period Stored in Shanghai Museum, which are major unearthed documents in studying the Book of Song in Warring states period, make up the academic blank between Confucius and Mencius. Compared with Shanghai Museum Bamboo Slips, "Poetry" Materials of Guodian Bamboo Slips are scattered, so there are few academic circles in Literature field. The first part, I mainly analysis "Quoting the Book of Songs" and "Commenting the Book of Songs" of Guodian Bamboo Slips. The conclusion is that Confucian scholars in Warring states early make explanation of morals-inclination about the Book of Songs. Meanwhile, Cao Chong, Yan Yan and Shi Jiu also construct the philosophical theory. In commenting the Book of Songs, "moral contained it" become prototype of the poem teaching theory. In other words, the Book of Songs contain ethical ideas, as is important poetic theory in the Warring States Period.Besides, Philosophical proposition of the Confucian theory of Guodian documents,such as temperament theory, the relations of emotion and ritual (music), virtue theory, holy-wisdom doctrine and destiny view, become theoretical basis of Bamboo Slips Review on Poetry,which comments the Classic of poetry with terms of etiquette, sentiment, nature wisdom, morality and destiny. The second part, I establish connection between them to fully understand Poetic in the Warring States Period through "the beginning of emotional and the end of norm", "goodness in nature", "true feelings", "wise-theory" and "destiny-view". Temperament and nature theory in two kinds of excavated documents represent Literary-tendency on interpretation of the Classic of Poetry. However, sentiment and moral are not in conflict. In the opinion of Guodian Bamboo Slips, if affection of the poems is authentic, conforming to faith, they are moral. If the poems can start with emotional and end with ritual, they are moral. "Poetry contains moral" means that not only it contain moral in poems directly, but also the truth affection or the blend of feeling, courtesy and music in "poem" is the characterization of moral. Confucianism thinks feeling of sadness and anguish has the rationality of the existence, replenish literary theory of Confucian. At this time, national songs suddenly bring back to life, and love poems also revive, which form a beautiful scenery-line Pre-Qin poetry history.Guodian Bamboo Slips imply Poetry theory of the Confucian school between Confucius and Mencius.
