In ethanol extract proeessing, the optimum preparation procedure of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was studied by 4 factor 3 level orthogonal experiment , testing the content of Tanshinone IIA as index. The optimum condition of extrating volatile oil were estabolished using the method of wet distillation by seclecting the extraction oils as the consideration factor. In water extract proeessing, testing the content of ammonium glycyrrhetate as index for the optimum preparation procedure of or thogonal experiment . Using conventional ethanol extracts of the precipitation process. In preraration process , choose the inclusion of preparation, and as excipients molding process were studied. Research of quality standard: The qualitative TLC and quantitative HPLC research were well studied in thedissertation.The medieine of Ephedra, Rhizome of Chuanxiong, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, Liquoric Root. , Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae were differentiated by TLC. Salvianolic acid B was quantitative determined by HPLC, and the content of the preparation. Its content limits was regulated:the content of Salvianolic acid B is no less than 3.5mg per gram.
