Human Resource is the concept of resource allocation for human resources; social development plays an important role in people's understanding. CDC's human resource allocation is reasonable, both for disease prevention and control centers, or short-term performance has a significant impact on long-term development, it should be sufficient attention, and as our country's emphasis on disease prevention, increasing the extent of disease Prevention and Control Center of the rational allocation of human resources in a region will also have an important impact of public health services.This paper will be based on human resource allocation theory of strategic human resource management theory of Disease Prevention and Control Center D manpower allocation and human resources development bottleneck; Secondly, the CDC emergency health systems such strategic human resources plan and for D Municipal Center for Disease Control's existing problems of human resources, management strategies and recommendations put forward its strategic planning for human resources to provide reference to further elaborate a reasonable allocation of human resources, the importance of compliance with the relevant human resources theory and methods to match the talent to reach people post and try to make something suitable for their people, properly utilized, can make the best use of personnel to match, so as to reduce waste, and maximize the role of human resources, and promote disease prevention and control center D City sustainable, stable and rapid development.Paper on the above topics, divided into five chapters begin.
